Cape Schanck

I have a love hate relationship with photographing Cape Schanck. It's an amazing place with lots to photograph but each time I visit I find it challenging as it's always so wild and difficult to get as close as you'd like without going for a swim. Rather than focus on the big boy that is Cape Schanck, this time I decided to hang back around the stunning rocks in the bay area and capture the sun setting behind the hills.

This is a two image stitch with a 2.5 second exposure and yep, I may have slipped on those rocks a few times taking my intervalometer (can anyone actually pronounce that word?) remote and a Cokin filter as causalities. Ah well.
